By realizing the project a digital and green technological solution of brushing will be introduced through the procurement of a brushing machine which completely eliminates the harmful chemical process of electropolishing that uses a large amount of energy, causes erosion of metals and harmful substances ending up in the environment. The brushing machine is connected to a filter unit which collects metal dust and stores it in a container for further processing and use (circular economy). In addition, the purchase of a compressor station eliminates laser cutting with nitrogen replacing it with laser cutting with compressed air at 32 bar. The machines and the compressor station are software managed and connected to the rest of the business model through SolidWorks and the post processor.<\/p>\n GOALS AND EXPECTED RESULTS:<\/strong> With the realization of the Project, it is planned to increase the income of the company, keep the existing ones and open them new jobs, reduction of negative impact on the environment, introduction of new technological solutions. The company will perform at a fair in Germany and thus increase its visibility. The company’s goals are aimed at increasing production capacity, faster production, shorter delivery times, optimizing work processes, improving work ergonomics and increasing the company’s visibility.
