PROJECT NAME: „Digital and green technologies increase the competitiveness of INTEGRA d.o.o.“
SHORT PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The purpose of the project is to increase the competitiveness of company in domestic and foreign markets through investing in digital and green technology to achieve resilience. By realizing the project a digital and green technological solution of brushing will be introduced through the procurement of a brushing machine which completely eliminates the harmful chemical process of electropolishing that uses a large amount of energy, causes erosion of metals and harmful substances ending up in the environment. The brushing machine is connected to a filter unit which collects metal dust and stores it in a container for further processing and use (circular economy). In addition, the purchase of a compressor station eliminates laser cutting with nitrogen replacing it with laser cutting with compressed air at 32 bar. The machines and the compressor station are software managed and connected to the rest of the business model through SolidWorks and the post processor.
GOALS AND EXPECTED RESULTS: With the realization of the Project, it is planned to increase the income of the company, keep the existing ones and open them new jobs, reduction of negative impact on the environment, introduction of new technological solutions. As part of the project, machines containing a digital and green component are procured, thus contributing environmental protection.

PROJECT NAME: „Production and commercialization of vending machine for chicken medallions and vending machine for meatballs“
SHORT PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project includes the production and commercialization of innovative products – vending machine for chicken medallions and vending machine for meatballs. As part of the project, tangible assets are procured and innovative production processes are established. The company’s goals are aimed at increasing production capacity (equipment) which will enable greater and faster production of machines (shorter delivery times) according to market requirements and the presentation and presentation of innovative technology in the preparation of fast food. The management of the company, employees, customers and the local community directly benefit.
GOALS AND EXPECTED RESULTS: The realization of the project will open the possibility of expanding the product range of the company and solve the existing limitations and start its own production. This will contribute to the growth of sales revenue and the employment of 2 new employees, and ultimately the company will increase its competitiveness. As part of the project, tangible assets are procured and innovative production processes are established.

SHORT PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project includes an investment in technological readiness that will be able to meet market demands. As part of the project, the existing production hall is being upgraded, machines are being procured, which will greatly contribute to increasing production and shorter delivery times. The company will perform at a fair in Germany and thus increase its visibility. The company’s goals are aimed at increasing production capacity, faster production, shorter delivery times, optimizing work processes, improving work ergonomics and increasing the company’s visibility. The management of the company, employees, customers and the local community directly benefit from project.
GOALS AND EXPECTED RESULTS: By implementing the project, the company will create capacity to increase production, increase revenue and exports and hire 10 new employees, and ultimately the company will increase its competitiveness and technological readiness. As part of the project, the existing production hall is being upgraded, machines are being procured and a performance is taking place at a fair in Germany.

PROJECT NAME: „Reaching Integra company target markets through product certification“
SHORT PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The purpose of the project is to increase international competitiveness through certification of a french fry vending machine. As part of the project, two certificates will be obtained, based on which will be enabled to sell products in the target markets of America, Canada and Saudi Arabia.
GOALS AND EXPECTED RESULTS: The aim of the project is to achieve successful sales processes in international markets, increase competitiveness and achieve growth and development by achieving global leadership in the production of french fry vending machines through product certification. Realization of the Project is intended to increase the company’s revenue as well as increase revenue from exports. The project will receive 2 self-service certificates (SASO and NAMA certificate) and co-finance the preparation of technical documentation, translation, and transport of machine to the certification body.
